When we say unbelievable – in this case we mean unbelievable.

All the routines are good.  It’s effectively using an office chair as an ab roller.  The problem really resides in the amount of space needed to do these routines.  Office chairs are not designed to take this level of punishment – we guarantee it will break in very quick order.

So why have we included it?

We love the concept.

Sitting in the office is contrary to the last 50,000 years of human evolution.  We are meant to be active most of the time.  Our suggestion is that you take the leg crunchies exercise, set a 1 hour timer on your PC and every hour do 10-20 crunches.
