40 Min HIIT Workout – Butt, Thighs and Abs

As you know, there are many videos on HIIT available on YouTube.  As we have said before – many of them are just fitness gurus leaping on the HIIT band wagon to pedal exactly the same routines they have been doing for years.

FitnessBlender.com is one of the few sites that seems to genuinely ‘get’ HIIT.  Sure there are times when we feel their exercises lack the required cardio element that is part of the definition of HIIT.  Overall, they do a pretty good job.

In the video below you get a full 40 minute workout that is targeted specifically at your Butt, Thighs and Abs.

One thing we really like is that all the exercises can be done with no additional equipment which makes them great for working out at home.
